Don Santiago

Luxury Condominiums

Overview

Don Santiago Spanish themed apartments, draw inspiration from seas across, quite like the lesser known origin of the city of Santiago, a Spanish setting in a faraway land.

History has it, that conquistador (conqueror) Pedro de Valdivia came to the lands of Chile. Over time he summoned the chiefs of the area to a parliament, where he explained his intention to found a city on behalf of the king Carlos I of Spain. The natives accepted and in 1541, Santiago was established. The journey went on to establish Spanish influenced architecture and culture, seen to the present day in streets and daily lifestyles of people in Santiago.

Don Santiago on similar lines is ode to Spanish influenced architecture raised in the culturally rich state of Goa. Spanish style-architecture is gloried in its simplicity and unhurried relation with earth.

The eternal look of sun-flared whiteness, interlacing patterns of tiles are just some features set forth, to dwell in.

Location

Goa, the very name brings you sounds of splashing waves onto seashores, the winds of the palm leaves reach to soothe you, the field bordered roads light up in green and the arterial roads to quaint little villages that dot Goa every few miles, make the picture live before you. In such quaintness, lies a pearl called Assagao just a few minutes from Anjuna & Vagator beach. Beautifully serene, this quiet village bursts forth only to numerous bird songs and the evening chatter of crickets, you’ll never see. This very old & delicately touched village boasts some of the most magnificent Goan-Portuguese homes.
Stand back a few hundred miles, and the canvas begins to unfold. Sun, sea and sand. Arcades of green trees & swaying palms, the liveliness in music and dance moves, outrageously good food and gracious cultures soon dawn the many similarities of the two rich cultures of Spain and Goa
